Tri-State Commercial Roofing Corp. recently completed another great roof installation for us at the Corrados Food Markets properties in Clifton, NJ. Amberjack Solar Energy, one of the area's leading solar developers, was the General contractor on this project where Tri-State installed approximately 120,000 sq. ft. of Carlisle TPO membrane. The job was completed in a timely manner and Carlisle presented Corrados with a 20 year NDL Total System warranty. Over the years, Tri-State has completed many large projects for us and we have always been extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism of their company and we will continue to look forward to working with them on all of our future projects.

Benchmark Roof Consultants is a Full-Service Roof Consulting Firm, based in Cedar Rapids, IA. We recently provided Third-Party, Part-Time Roof Consulting/Inspection Services on a large new construction project, located in East Fishkill, NY. Tri-State Commercial Roofing was the installing roofing contractor for this 532,000 square foot roofing project.
We (Benchmark, Inc.) found the personnel of Tri-State Commercial Roofing to be very “User Friendly” throughout the project. The Tri-State Roofing Superintendent (Stephen Perini) and the Crew Foreman (Rich Pappock) were very easy to work with – both responded well to our suggestions and requests during our site visits. And both had good suggestions whenever there was an unforeseen field challenge!
The same can be said about the Tri-State Office Personnel. In particular, the President (Stuart Roberts) was very “Hands On” throughout the project, and he did an excellent job of keeping us informed on progress. Stuart was always very responsive and very accommodating on our requests.

Tri-State removed the existing roof at the facility and installed over 30,000 sq. ft. of new Carlisle insulation and membrane. This was a highly sensitive project with many difficult issues relating to coordination of various trades and safety. Despite all of the difficulties, the job was completed within schedule and to the satisfaction of Verticon as well as the 0 & R management team. The project received a 20 year Total System, labor and materials warranty from Carlisle upon Tri-State's completion. Tri-State has completed other projects for us and is currently involved with us installing another Carlisle roof at Cornerstone Health in Newburgh, NY - another very sensitive project that we are thrilled to have Tri-State working on.
