Project Description

Tri-State was selected to complete the roofing scope for a new self-storage facility located in Westchester County, NY. Throughout the duration of this project, Tri-State worked alongside ARCO Design/Build and all other subcontractors in order to coordinate our scope with all other trades already on site. The project was awarded in 2024, and despite it taking until mid-September for the building to be ready for roof installation, Tri-State rearranged our schedule and moved crews around in order to get this roof dried in as quickly as possible. The roof system consists of a  mechanically attached .060 white Everguard™ TPO membrane on top of two layers of 2.6" EnergyGuard™ PolyIso Insolation, mechanically attached to 22-gauge steel decking.
