Field Positions: Be part of the crew that keeps projects moving and buildings protected.

• Laborers -  Entry-level role, no experience required. Learn the trade and grow with us.

• Journeyman Roofers – Experienced installers skilled in TPO, EPDM, PVC, and built-up roofing systems. 

• Foremen – Lead and train crews, ensuring jobs are done right and safely.

• Superintendents – Oversee multiple projects, manage teams, and coordinate with management.

Management and Office: Keep projects organized, on budget, and on time while maintaining safety and efficiency. 

• Project Managers – Direct projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients and crews.

• Safety Coordinators – Lead safety programs, OSHA compliance, and site inspections.

• Estimators – Prepare accurate bids, takeoffs, and proposals for new projects.

• Administrative Assistants – Provide office support, scheduling, and documentation.
